How it works:

Schedule one of only 15 appointments available by August 3rd so we can have all the information ready to create your unique Will.

Before your appointment, we will send you an intake form, a questionnaire about your estate goals and assets, and an invoice. 

Submit your documents no later August 4th. Have your fee paid either online or by check.

Review your Will at your August 9th appointment and discuss any questions and concerns. During your appointment we will also make any appropriate alterations that you request.

Execute your Will and take it home on the same day!

The Fee for wills with or without testamentary trusts is $560 

 Please note that, due to ethical considerations, the protection only afforded through Trusts may be highly recommended by Junnier Law in some situations for people with special needs, larger estates, or who require the privacy of avoiding probate. We're not trying to upsell, we just want to make sure you know your options if you realistically need more than a Will.

Submit your documents no later than 3 days prior to your March 31st appointment and have your fee paid either online or by check.

On your appointment day, review your Will, discuss any questions and concerns, and make any appropriate alterations that you request.

Execute your Will and take it home on the same day!

Fees are typically $480, but please ask if you qualify for the reduced $384 fee.
