"Get Your will in one day"

Secure Your Appointment

"Will in One Day" overview

Types of Wills Offered

This is an example from our past event in March 2023. Contact us and we'll let you know when the next one will  be.

Junnier Law & Research P.A. offers two categories of wills during this one day event.

A "complete will" unconditionally distributes  assets all at once rather than staggering disbursement over a period of time. This is not recommended for people with children or loved ones with special needs.

A "smart will" can distribute assets all at once or stagger disbursements over a long period of time. It can also make distributions conditional based upon age or many other factors. A "smart will" can create a testamentary trust, but like the wills that create them, testamentary trusts are subject to probate, public record, and are otherwise inferior to living trusts in many ways.

Information We Need in Advance

After you make your appointment, our staff will reach out to you to determine which type of will would be the best fit for your family's needs. We will then send you the appropriate questionnaire.  Depending upon your situation, this may require a significant time commitment to complete.  If we need more information then your questionnaire has provided us, we will get in touch before your appointment. Answered questionnaires must be emailed back to us by 5PM Tuesday, March 28th.

Cost

"Complete wills" cost $480 during this event. "Smart wills" cost $1200. The fee is payable at the time the appointment is made.

How "Will-in a-day" Works

  1. Contact us with any questions you may have regarding Wills,  Trusts & Estate Planning and to determine if you are a good fit for "Will-in a-Day."
  2. Make your appointment for Friday, March 31, 2023, at least five days in advance (Monday, March 27th) by clicking the link above "Secure Your Appointment." If you are not available on March 31st, please contact us before March 27th to make an alternate  arrangement.
  3. Our promotional fee is $480 for a "complete will" or $1200 for a "smart will" payable when you schedule your appointment. Please note that on any other day our typical "smart will" fee is $1680 and $2,400 based upon the complexity of the will.
  4. After you have secured your appointment, we will call you to discuss your specific needs. We will follow up with a questionnaire that must be returned by March  28th.
  5. Arrive at your March 31st appointment at least 15 minutes early. We will review your will with you and arrange for any necessary amendments that you want.
  6. You will either receive your will before you leave or it will be emailed to you that evening with instructions to sign your will in front of two witnesses and a notary.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at Info@Junnierlaw.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Friday, March 31, 2022. This event is only available on that date.  Our next "Get Your Will in a Day" event is tentatively scheduled for Spring 2025.

If you are not available on March 31st, please contact us by Monday, March 27th, to make an alternate  arrangement. Otherwise, our next "Get Your Will in a Day" event is tentatively scheduled for Spring 2025.

All appointments must be scheduled by Monday, March 27th. We will stop accepting appointments after that date.

The promotional fee for a "Complete Will" is $480 and "Smart Will" is $1200.

We customize each will in advance of your appointment based upon your answers to our proprietary questionnaire.   In the past, we have done all our work and then people just don't show up for their appointment. We can make requested edits and amendments  during your appointment, but we want to ensure that we are paid for our work.

To make sure your will is ready by your appointment, we must receive your answered questionnaire by email before 5PM Tuesday, March 28th. If we do not receive your questionnaire on time, we will email you your will with instructions to sign it with two witnesses and a notary.

A Junnier Law & Research P.A. "Complete Will' unconditionally distributes  assets all at once rather than staggering disbursement over a period of time. If you have non-adult children or loved ones with special needs, a "complete will" may not offer sufficient family protection. A "complete will" is subject to probate, public record, and are inferior to a "smart will" or living trusts in many ways. Contact us for a complete explanation.

A Junnier Law & Research P.A. "Smart Will'  can distribute assets all at once or stagger disbursements over a long period of time. It can also make distributions conditional. A "smart will" can create a testamentary trust, but testamentary trusts are subject to probate, public record, and are otherwise inferior to living trusts in many ways. Contact us for a complete explanation.
